Great location and view!

The location was great, the terrace view was amazing! The staff was helpful and accommodating. He allowed us to store our bags in the front office while we explored Florence and provided us juice and snacks included.

The room was a bit small and the staircase was dark and a long way to travel while carrying luggage.

Wonderful

Very central location and close to the train station too. Maid service everyday, really clean. Comfy beds and great shower. Provided everything I needed for my stay. Free coffee and cake was a nice bonus And the roof top terrace has amazing views! I would definitely stay here again

Up 3 flights of stairs so could be a bit tiring. The street was a bit noisy at night at times but that is to be expected and was a small price to pay for the great location.

Wonderful

The location is awesome (close to the tram to airport, train station and the cathedral), the room was super clean, bed and pillows comfy, the complimentary cookies and snacks and coffee... the staff was very friendly and helpful and the terrace with an lovely view is great for a debriefing with wine

The noise! There is a lot of noise coming from the street late at night and early in the morning (the main street is very busy) and the co-habitants clearly had the impression they are there alone so on my last night I was woken up at 0130, 0300, 0400 and 0615 by loud door bangs. But thats really the only bad thing I can say. I would definitelly stay there again.

Good value for a great location.

The location was great —a short walk from the train station and the Duomo and a fabulous view from the rooftop terrace.

There were only 2 electrical outlets in very awkward places—one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom —and there was little counter space or anywhere to put one’s things.

The host was fantastic, location is absolutely stellar and would highly recommend staying here for the location. The rooftop was a nice bonus. Loved that they had pastries, cookies and coffee for guests and the rooms felt very clean. Slept comfortably. Only a 3-10 minute walk to the main attractions and a 7-minute walk from the train station.

My room was unfortunately not what was advertised nor what I was expecting. I got a totally different size room and set-up from what I saw under the superior double photos but the host's kindness and location made up for it and it was only two nights.

Great apartment

Very nice accommodations, recently updated (or still appears), super clean/nice bathroom, for a great price. 5 min walk to the station, San Lorenzo, great central location to all the core museums and piazzas. It was gloomy in Florence my entire stay but the rooftop patio (with tables and chairs) was so nice, I can only imagine on a sunny day).

The 3-story walk up could be a challenge for some wasn’t an issue for me and my luggage

good value for money, would recommend for those traveling on a budget

no breakfast but the biscuits and coffee machine supplied were greatly appreciated

the fact that there is no lift makes it very difficult to go up and down, especially if you have very heavy luggage. The stairs are quite steep as well.

Location was Perfect

Location was excellent, our Room O was a good size and had a view of the Duomo. Bed was comfortable, sheets were soft, did not hear other guests except in the common area. Everything was in walking distance and 6 minute walk to the train station. Had rooftop view. Staff was nice.

No lift, rooms are on the third floor but we knew and it wasn't a problem for us. We also read the reviews about the street noise being on a busy street; yes it woke us up in the middle of the night and daily church bells at 6:45am, 7am & 7:45am. We were there for 3 nights, and embraced it as part of the experience in Florence.
